About
BEAR METHOD ORGANIZE
Bear Method Organize was built out of my passion for intentional living. For as long as I can remember, I have loved to declutter, design and tidy my space.
As a lifestyle, fit and fitness model, well-studied industrial engineer, former pageant queen, and retired sales representative in both technology services and medical cannabis industries, I have always encouraged everyone to live a luxurious life while also taking care of ourselves, our homes and work environments, our planet and each other.
In the spirit of connecting mind, body, and soul it was a natural next step for me to become certified in the KonMari organizing method. I started Bear Method Organize to inspire others to create an atmosphere that fosters more mindful, intentional living. It is my manifesto to guide and to empower individuals, families and colleagues into a way of living with less stressing and more thoughtful consuming.
Working with Bear Method Organize requires ZERO obligation to get rid of anything. We accept and celebrate any choices you make regarding your belongings. Our sessions are a safe space for you to connect with your true self, share your stories and spark a positive energetic shift. I look forward to guiding you through the journey as you invest in this life- changing transformation!
Bear Method Process
THREE Step Process
STEP 1::DECLUTTER TO MAKE SPACE FOR PEACE
Assess each and every single item you own in the following categories: clothing, books, paper, komono [misc. items such as garage, kitchen, electronics, etc.], and sentimental. Discard, donate, up-cycle or sell any items that do not bring you joy.
STEP 2::DESIGNATE TO CREATE CALM
Find the perfect vessels for holding, storing and//or displaying your treasured items. Use creative solutions with what you may already have [shoe boxes, old Tupperware, jars, etc.] or source recommended storage solutions that bring you and your belongings joy.
STEP 3::DESIGN TO STAY STRESS FREE
Implement a system that works. "A place for everything and everything in its place." This may involve educating those who share your space on the importance of maintaining new habits to keep the space tidy and harmonious. This can also involve having Bear Method Organize return to zhuzh any or all areas over a desired course of time [monthly, quarterly, annually].
